Eniola was born in Lagos and moved to Birmingham with her family when she was 6 months old. Growing up, she used to play football with her brother and his friends. She also loved to play tennis.
When she was a teenager, she joined a football club called Leafield Athletic Ladies before moving to Birmingham City Ladies’ team.
At just 15 years old she played for Birmingham in the FA Women’s Premier League Cup Final against Fulham. Her team lost 7-1 against Fulham, who were a professional team at the time. Later in her career she would help her new team Charlton Athletic win 1-0 against Fulham in a Premier League game.
In 2003, Eniola was named “Young Player of the Year” by the FA women’s football awards.
In 2005, Eniola did A-Levels and then went to study Law at Brunel University. Over the years Eniola travelled the world playing for different football teams. She played many games for Chelsea Football Club and won many awards as well.
Eniola is now the director of women’s football at Aston Villa football club. She stopped playing football in 2020.
