Agreement with Terms and Conditions: This agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to you (“Visitor”), an individual accessing the website Tuntimo.com (“Website”) a property of Tuntimo CIC (“Tuntimo”). By accessing the Website, you agree to the following terms and conditions and the Privacy Statement. If you do not agree, you have no right or license to access any part of the Website and you should not do so.
Changes in Terms and Conditions:
Tuntimo has the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Website, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use, at any time. The entire contents of the Website are copyrighted as a collective work/compilation. No Visitor may modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part. Controlling Law:
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any cause of action of any nature arising out this Agreement shall be brought in the UK Court.
